What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Free Shipping for orders above Rs 100. Nominal charge for orders below Rs 100. An Instant Delivery option is also present if you need any items delivered immediately depending on the availability of Products.

Do You Ship all over the country?

Right now we deliver only in Deoghar, Jharkhand. But aims to stretch our reach all over the country one day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We keep a service delivery timeline of maximum 2 days but our priority is to deliver on same day. Fruits & Vegetables and Grocery or any Food items if ordered before 8 P.M will be delivered on same day.

What is your Business Model.

It is basically an E commerce Marketplace. We provide a platform for sellers and customers to interact and do transactions on out website. a vendor can list there products on out website/App and customers will order using our Website thehrmart.com/App The HR Mart . We will connect with the stores and ensure a timely delivery of products.

Where is product inventory sourced from?

Basically we are a market place who provides platform for vendors to list and sell products from there stores. So mainly all products are in stock with the vendors. We also sell items from our own stores that is sold on website/App under the store name of The HR Mart Store. These items are stocked with us.

What are the delivery charges?

Right now we are offering Free Delivery for all orders above Rs 100. Generally delivery charge varies with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offers you multiple payment methods. Right now we are accepting Cash On Delivery, online payment like Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Upi, Wallets etc.

Refunds/Cancellations

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Right now we don't provide option to cancel or change orders after successful confirmation of orders. Though we Exchange items/products if found faulty and complained to us via registered Email or whatsapp or call within 24 hours of delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

There is a section in website/App footer as My Orders from where you can check your order status.

How Can I Return a Product?

If after delivery product is found as faulty then we will give you an exchange within 24 hours. But if we are short on that particular item you can cancel via calling on our Contact no or mailing us at [email protected]

Which products are eligible/not eligible for returns?

No Food items will be cancelled or returned once delivered. Please check the items while delivery. Electronics/Garments/Gifts Items/Home appliances/Mens & Womens cosmetic items can be Exchanged/returned only if found defective within 24 hours of final delivery. An complain must be lodged via our helpline No,Whatsapp/Email Id. Complain should be lodged using your registered Email Id or Mobile no.

How many days it will take to process my refund in my bank account.

If any eligible items is returned due to any genuine reason than the payment will be credited in Customers bank account within 4-5 working days.
